Pegasus Risk Management serves a variety of public and private-entity clients. Our public entity claims unit expertly integrates workers’ compensation benefits with other specialized benefit programs, and is experienced in other aspects unique to public agencies, including Labor Code 4850, salary continuation and, presumptive injuries for certain classes of employees.

Our fully insured unit meets the unique challenges that insured accounts present, and excels at coupling innovative solutions with strong communication to resolve them.

Our private self-insured unit thrives on client customization resulting in the perfect balance of service and cost containment.
